About Janice Moore
A former elementary school principal, Janice Moore, MA, is an Educational Therapist and has been working with struggling students for 38 years. She is able to identify those weak or underdeveloped thinking and processing skills that make academics so confusing to many children. Formerly affiliated with the Project Read program at Stanford University, Janice Moore has conducted innovative, successful reading programs in several elementary schools. “I know how difficult it is for teachers to give individualized instruction, and schools are not organized to help struggling students,” says Moore. “My staff and I work on skills that allow academics to be easier, and help students become confident, independent learners.”
